What’s coming to the vacant field behind the Discount Tire store on Holland Road in Virginia Beach?

Valvoline Instant Oil Change has a conditional use permit to operate a store on the property.

Plans call for a 2,087-square-foot building that will provide drive-thru services such as oil changes, power steering fluid service and battery replacements, according to city documents. Services are limited to those that can be done while customers remain in their vehicles.

Valvoline anticipates up to 50 cars will be serviced daily, according to planning documents.

The site is at 3949 Holland Road, near the intersection with Windsor Oaks Boulevard.
