Norfolk International Airport, like so many other airports across the country, are hardly hubs of activity anymore. With most people ordered to remain home and avoid travel, there might be three or four people coming off an arriving plane anymore, now wearing masks. After coming off its best year ever, this year is bound to look very different, with an austere budget planned as they wait on word from their airlines on what their next move will be and a backup plan to close one of their two concourses if need be.
