A woman died Saturday night in a motorcycle crash in Newport News.
Police responded to the single-vehicle crash around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Saunders Road and Daphia Circle.
In a news release, police say the motorcyclist was traveling west on Saunders Road when she crashed into a guard rail near a curve in the road.
Police have not publicly identified the woman but said she was pronounced dead at the scene.
