NEWPORT NEWS — Police have identified a 51-year-old woman killed Saturday night in a motorcycle crash in Newport News.
Newport News police responded to the single-vehicle crash around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Saunders Road and Daphia Circle.
In a Tuesday news release, police said Robin Louise Ramsay, of Poquoson, was riding a motorcycle west on Saunders Road when she crashed into a guard rail near a curve in the road.
Ramsay was pronounced dead at the scene.
