Patriotic Festival returns to Norfolk on Memorial Day weekend

Honor and celebrate all branches of the Armed Forces on May 26-28, with the 19th Annual Patriotic Festival at the Norfolk Scope. Enjoy free Scope Arena Plaza activities from 3-6 p.m. Friday through Sunday, including the Monster Energy BMX Cycle Sports show, GruntStyle live concert, Fun Zone, car and truck exhibit, a Marines battle position experience and more.
