Explore local history by bike while riding through the Historic District of South Norfolk on May 20.

The 2-mile bike ride will discuss the unique history and architecture of South Norfolk while visiting local landmarks. It will include Lakeside Park as one of the stops. The 17-acre public park used to be a marshy parcel of land before being transformed into Lakeside Park.

Meet at South Norfolk Memorial Library at 10 a.m. for the ride and call 757-382-1360 if renting a bike.
