To reprioritize the office to be the law firm for the citizens of Virginia and defend their rights from infringement by the Commonwealth or the federal government. To refocus on the priorities of upholding the Constitution of Virginia and the United States and to realign the regulatory authority of the office to hold accountabilities in the state government, stand with law enforcement, and support economic growth and great jobs for our citizens.

As a former prosecutor in Virginia Beach, I understand the importance of returning the position of Attorney General to Virginia’s “Top Cop.” The Attorney General must be that one state leader that ensures our streets are safe and violent criminals are punished. Because of the liberal, lenient Virginia Parole Board releasing violent offenders like cop killers and child rapists early, I will propose a Constitutional Amendment to keep parole abolished and retain truth in sentencing for violent criminals. I will support the Second Amendment rights of law abiding citizens and always promote a strong support for the Rule of Law.

Chuck Smith

As Virginia’s Attorney General, I will stop the derision of the Constitution by:

  • Stopping the shredding of the U.S. Constitution, the greatest document written by man. Ensuring its provisions are equally enforced at all levels of government.
  • Protecting Virginia against election fraud.
  • Protecting the 2nd Amendment rights “to keep and bear arms.
  • Protecting life from conception until natural death.
  • Enforcing laws against illegal immigration to protect all Virginians.
  • Fighting for Virginia freedoms against the encroachment of government and mandates.

Jack White

Virginia needs an experienced fighter for Attorney General. Virginia has been ill-served by Mark Herring, who has put politics ahead of protecting our streets, supporting our police, and your right to self defense. He hasn’t fought to get our schools opened. I am the only candidate in the field who is currently representing Virginia families in a suit against Arlington County schools to reopen the classroom to in-person education. I defended churchgoers’ right to attend church — and won. Virginia needs a new chief advocate in their Attorney General who knows how to fight and win.
