Kamala Harris, Pharrell Williams to campaign in Norfolk with Terry McAuliffe

Norfolk — Vice President Kamala Harris and Pharrell Williams are visiting Norfolk Friday to campaign with Democratic gubernatorial candidate and former Gov. Terry McAuliffe.

The McAuliffe campaign hasn’t said where in Norfolk the event will be, but a campaign spokesperson said those who RSVP will get location information later this week. The “get out the vote” rally will run from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Harris and Williams are the latest big names to campaign for McAuliffe in Hampton Roads in recent weeks. Voting rights advocate Stacey Abrams rallied Black churchgoers in Norfolk to vote for McAuliffe earlier this month.
