Elaine Luria tests positive for COVID-19

Rep. Elaine Luria, D-Norfolk, has tested positive for COVID-19, her office said.

She is quarantining and is and experiencing mild symptoms.

Luria is fully vaccinated and has received a booster as well, and said she is thankful for the protection she got from vaccination.

She received the test result on Sunday, after testing negative for the virus earlier in the week.
