One designated city parking garage and all Old Dominion University garages will be open to the public until Monday morning should residents need to park their cars on higher ground, according to a news release from the city.
Starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, the York Street garage, located at 215 West York Street, people can begin to pile in their vehicles. People must removed their property by 9 a.m. Monday.
